Question

I’ve been researching the Covid softwares and noticed that some are based in Africa and at least one was based in Germany. Well the clinton foundation has a lot v ties to Africa. Now I work three jobs so I haven’t had a whole lot v time to research, but is it possible that the softwares are misdiagnosing cases in the hospitals like Dominion? Plus, I don’t know how people figure it out,but what if somehow those places in Africa that the Covid softwares are based in are receiving money off our “Covid counts”? Just curious.
